Return Policy, 90-Day Trial, Terms, & Limited Warranty

1. 90-Day Trial
Brisk It offers a 90-Day Risk-Free Trial on eligible Brisk It cooking appliances purchased directly from briskit.ai for residential use within the United States.
If you are not satisfied with your cooking appliance, you may request a return within ninety (90) days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Retail Purchases
The 90-Day Risk-Free Trial applies only to new cooking appliances purchased directly from briskit.ai.
If you purchased your product from an authorized other third-party retailer or marketplace, your return is governed exclusively by that retailer’s return policy. Brisk It does not process returns or refunds for retailer purchases.

The 90-Day Trial does not apply to:

Promotional, sponsored, or gifted units

Commercial-use products
Proof of purchase is required.
Limited to one (1) return per household per calendar year.
How to Initiate a Trial Return

Complete troubleshooting if requested.

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping.
Returns sent without an RA number may be refused.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the appliance.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If, after inspection, the appliance is confirmed defective under the Limited Warranty, Brisk It may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs at its discretion.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Product Condition
Returned appliances must:

Include all original components

Not show misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification

Not be materially damaged beyond reasonable evaluation use
Brisk It reserves the right to deny returns or reduce refunds for damaged or incomplete returns.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after receipt.
Please allow 2–3 weeks from receipt for processing.
2. General Return Policy
For items purchased directly from briskit.ai that are not covered under the 90-Day Trial, returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Products purchased through a third-party retailer, returns must be handled directly with that retailer under their return policy.

3. Subscription & Digital Services
Brisk It may offer subscription-based software and AI-powered digital services.
By subscribing, you agree:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.

No prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund prior payments.
Brisk It may modify subscription pricing, features, or terms with reasonable notice.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your cooking appliance arrives damaged or appears defective, contact support@briskit.ai.
We may request photographs, video, or troubleshooting steps.
If confirmed defective under warranty, Brisk It may:

Repair the appliance

Replace defective parts

Issue a refund at its discretion
Shipping reimbursement, if any, will be handled as described above.
5. 3-Year Limited Warranty (Cooking Appliances Only)
Brisk It warrants that Brisk It cooking appliances are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for three (3) years from the original purchase date.
This warranty applies to cooking appliances purchased from briskit.ai or authorized retailers.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Brisk It may repair or replace defective parts or appliances at its discretion.
Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty term.
Shipping and labor costs are not covered unless required by law.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including wear and tear items such as gaskets, thermal paste, caulk

Cosmetic damage

Paint
-
Damage from misuse, grease fires, neglect, or improper maintenance

Unauthorized modifications

Commercial use

Incompatible fuels or components

Expected temperature variation and swings for thermometer and probes
Limitation of Liability

Brisk It is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the appliance.
6. Policy Updates
Brisk It may modify these policies at any time. Updates are effective upon posting to briskit.ai.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the 90-Day Trial apply to 3rd party retailer purchases (i.e. Amazon)?
No. 3rd party retailer purchases are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns. Shipping reimbursement may apply, at Brisk It's sole discrection, if a defect is confirmed under warranty.
Are subscription fees refundable?
No. Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
Can I return accessories or consumables?
Consumables are not returnable. Accessories are returnable subject to Brisk It's general return policy.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 weeks after we receive and inspect the appliance.
